- The registration of each person with an official, physical and current identification document is mandatory to be able to access and use our accommodation.
- Official check in time to the rooms from 3:00 p.m. in advance.
- Full payment of the reservation will be made upon arrival at check in moment.
- The value of the first night will be charged to the guarantee card provided in the same reservation the same check in date.
- Maximum official departure/ lat4e check out time from the room at 12:00 p.m. (the hotel reserves the right to charge a supplement of €20 per extra hour on the reservation guarantee card for non-compliance with this regulation). “Late check out” can be requested, always subject to availability and with an additional charge.
- Pool, terrace and solarium hours from 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. In rain it remains closed. It is prohibited to bring drinks or food from outside the hotel.
- The silent hours at the hotel are from 10pm to 7am, out of respect for our guests.
- Room cleaning hours are established between 8:30 and 16:00.
- The hotel reserves the right to review and check rooms even with a red sign, every 48 hours without cleaning or for security reasons.
- Our establishment does not allow pets except service animals.
- Smoking is prohibited in the hotel except in designated places such as the balcony of the snack bar, the 6 th floor terrace or outside the rooms with a terrace. (the hotel reserves the right to charge a supplement of €250 on the reservation guarantee card for non-compliance with this regulation).
- In the event of misuse, abuse or damage to the hotel facilities, the hotel reserves the right to charge a supplement (amount based on the nature and extent of the damage as well as the associated costs to cover cleaning, repair or replacement) in the reservation guarantee card for non-compliance with these regulations. It is prohibited to steal/ take out any food from the breakfast buffet.
- Visits by guests’ companions are only allowed in the living room, in the room for a maximum of 15 minutes and always before 8 p.m. Access to the pool is prohibited.
- The hotel is not responsible for robberies or thefts caused inside the establishment. Our property’s insurance only covers you inside the safety box, with a maximum limit.
- Our luggage storage is available to store our guests’ belongings exclusively during the arrival and departure days. The hotel is not responsible for the belongings deposited due damages and thefts.
- hoioChildren up to 2 years free, we have a crib if required. From 2 years old an additional supplement per night will apply.
